Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Kaylastudio. At Kaylastudio our customers' satisfaction is our top priority, therefore we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase on standard stocking items only.

Customized sized and custom-made products like linear fixtures and LED Panels and special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns are only accepted for standard stocking items. Products must be returned in same condition when shipped.The product cannot have been previously installed. No original receipt necessary, we will look up in our system to verify that you bought that item(s) in question from us.

Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

Note: For items purchased from December 24, 2023 to December 31, 2023, the return date will be extended to February 1, 2024
Items must be unused and undamaged to be eligible for a return.

Please advise us of your return prior to shipment by contacting support@Kaylastudio.com to receive return authorization.

Upon return, your item will be inspected and exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws.Kaylastudio reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we received your return item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your returned item after inspection.We will process your refund within 5 business days. Note that it takes time for your bank to process your refund and you can expect to receive your refund within 10 business days.

Shipping

For defective products,the customer is not responsible for shipping costs.

You will be responsible for your own return shipment cost.
